Matt Mihelic (Director)
Matt is the Director and Co-founder of the Rose Initiative. Before launching Rose, Matt studied Government and Religion at Liberty University where he was a recipient of the Jesse Helms Award. As President of his student body, he led a movement to unify the largest Christian campus in the world to become one voice in support of unborn life. In 2011 he helped write the Prenatal Nondiscriminatory Act, a bill for the U.S. House of Representatives to outlaw gender discrimination in the abortion industry by upholding equal protection rights for the unborn. He is currently in his third year at the Liberty University School of Law. As the Director of the Rose Initiative his passion for justice and love for America is witnessed on a daily basis in his efforts to unite his generation’s voice in support of life.
Neal Tuley (Director of Communications)
Neal manages the Rose brand and directs all things media, design, marketing and PR. He graduated from Liberty University with a degree in Communications, specializing in Advertising and Public Relations. He has experience in the marketing world as a Creative Project Manager for two large companies. At Liberty, he served as his Senior Class President where his marketing team developed the Rose brand to identify the movement for life on his campus. As the co-founder of the Rose Initiative, Neal is passionate about creating a culture of artistic excellence for communicating the message of life.
Amanda Haas (Director of Ministry)
Amanda is a graduate of Liberty University. After being confronted with the reality of abortion in America as a freshman in college she was compelled to change career direction from pursuing an acting career to one in politics. Since then, Amanda has led the Concerned Women for America chapter on her campus and used this group to further the pro-life cause in the nation through campus fundraisers, awareness events, and prayer meetings. She is a recipient of the Young Leader Award by the organization, the Susan B. Anthony List, for her pro-life activism and has spoken at schools, national press conferences, rallies, and fundraisers to educate and inspire others to get engaged in ending abortion in America.
Zach Duke (Director of Prayer Mobilization)
Zach is the Director of Prayer Mobilization- a perfect fit for a guy who is passionate about seeing God heal and restore life in America. A native of Indiana, he graduated from Liberty University with a degree in Intercultural Studies while playing football where he was the recipient of the Rock Royer/Mac Rivera Award—the University’s highest athletic honor. Currently, he is part of the Rose Dallas Team and also works for a character and fitness company that empowers young students around the country. Zach’s passions are: the Gospel of Jesus, people, seeing them awakened and transformed by the Spirit of God, the great outdoors, writing, and his family! As part of The Rose Initiative, Zach will also be one of the core speakers.
Jake Duke (Director of Operations)
Born and raised on a farm in the great state of Indiana, Jake benefits greatly from his diligent roots. After graduating from Anderson University in 2011, Jake moved to Texas where he now resides. Currently he serves elementary schools in the Dallas area by promoting character and fitness in the classrooms. Previously, Jake has been involved in the start-up of multiple ministries and a non-profit. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, outdoor recreation, and reading.
Megan Duke (Project Coordinator)
Megan Duke is recent graduate of Liberty University and is currently a Worship Associate at Prestonwood Baptist Church in Plano, TX. Megan has recently joined the ROSE staff and is a gifted and passionate musician that wants to see spiritual awakening in her generation.
